Bloody NYSEG...

We lost power for one and three quarter hours earlier. A huge block (1200 people, according to the power company) just north of the Cornell campus.

So at 00:15, with no power, what do I decide to do? Make a junk food run to P&C!! A good thing, too, because they had 350 gram bags of potato chips on sale at two for $4.00. I had to partake. I also have pepperoni and yet more saltine crackers.

And now we have power once again, which is good as well.

The NCAA has officially expanded the men's hockey and lacrosse tournaments to 16 teams, beginning next year. This is a very good thing, as it mitigates the effects of expanded automatic qualification on the quality of the fields in those tournaments.

The Daily Sun does it again...

Another skeptical eye should be turned towards VILLAINOUS Salt Lake City which turned a $56 million dollar profit after the Winter Olympics.

An organization can't make a buck in this country without coming under fire. Mitt Romney comes in, rescues the bid, puts on an incredibly well-organized Olympics, and our friends at 119 South Cayuga aren't happy about it? It doesn't really come as a surprise to me, but I always figured they were socialists at heart. Now I know for certain.
