yay meeeeee!

I had two tests this week. The one on Wednesday, MERO-1, (the one on mechanical stuff), I got a 3.98, which was a little better than I expected. Today, I took the physics final, and got a 3.86 on it, which was a little worse than I expected. So I guess it all evens out.

Today was the birthday of one of the guys in my section, so we took him out to Thee Southern Belle. For those who do not know what Thee Southern Belle is, it's a strip club. In fact, this was my first visit to a strip club. I have in the past passed up a couple of opportunities to go to strip clubs, but tonight I applied one of the great proverbs: "don't knock it until you've tried it." Not only did I have a great time, I came out having spent a lot less money than I thought I would. Also I got quite drunk, for probably the first time in about four months (i.e. since the infamous incident at the Mellow Mushroom). In fact, as I write this, I'm still drunk. Good times. And I got to talk to Campbell! He's back in Charleston, and will start prototype Monday (prototype is the third and final phase of nuclear power training, where you learn on actual reactor plants).

Oh yeah, there's like, a hurricane coming toward Charleston or something. Honestly, I hope we're not evacuated; if I'm not yet sobered up to answer the phone, I could be SOL. (that's "s--t out of luck")

Once again, be advised, this post was made while ET3 Carberry was inebriated.

P. S. Bacardi Silver is an excellent drink!
