I went through pass-in-review last Friday, and got to see my parents for the first time in two months. We went into Chicago and saw Wrigley Field. Dad even got me in for a few minutes and there is a picutre of me inside with the scoreboard in the background. Then we went up to the Skydeck on the Sears Tower which was cool. We chilled out for the rest of the day.
Yesterday I spent the day at Navy Pier in Chicago with my bunkmate's family. Saw "Matrix Reloaded" on an IMAX screen - tight. Also got on a boat tour of downtown for free, and got to see all the cool architectural stuff. Another highlight of the day was eating Ben and Jerry's. We're probably going to the mall later today.
I like this whole "liberty" concept - especially after being told what to do every minute of every day for the last nine weeks. It'll probably be even better when I have it every day.
