About three weeks ago there were some people at Wendy's who were giving out four dollars for food in exchange for entering into a contest. I entered, and I got a call saying that I had won a chance to crack a code for twenty-five thousand dollars. I set up an appointment for the next day, a Friday, at 1100, at the local Jackson Hewitt. But at that time, my primary concern was getting out of Groton. Thus the calls began. And they didn't stop. Almost every weeknight since. I finally gave them some of my time, to reward their persistence. They gave me a lot of interesting financial advice. I didn't crack the code, so no big money for me. :-(
